Very pleased to announce that Leathes Prior have taken over the sponsorship of our stumps at Swardeston.
We are delighted that as we enter our eighth year of consecutive main club sponsorship from LP that they have added the stumps package to their backing of the club.
Two new sets of stumps will be put to use at the club’s two grounds at The Common and CEYMS Hilltops.
The new stumps were handed over to 1st XI Captain Lewis Denmark by Leathes Prior Business Development and Marketing Manager Peter Lambert ahead of the Thurlow Nunn East Anglian Premier League victory over Great Witchingham.
Swardeston chair Stuart Bartram said: “Leathes Prior continue to be fantastic supporters of Swardeston and it is very generous of them to back the club in this way. We are very grateful.”
Peter Lambert said: “We are glad to continue our support of Swardeston Cricket Club through the sponsorship of the cricket stumps for The Common and at CEYMS Hilltops – we look forward to the summer ahead.”
