Women’s Cricket

We will be running our 2021 Women and Girls Monday night training sessions at our CEYMS Hilltops nets from Monday 10 May 6pm-7.30pm.

These sessions will be lead by our newly appointed Women and Girls Coach Neil Taylor assisted by Katie Treutler (Girls/Womens’ Manager). On Monday nights we offer hardball training from year 9 up to adult. Read about Neil’s appointment.

Girls from age 5 upwards are welcome to take part in our Tuesday nights Youth Training training, which takes place at The Common 6.15pm-7.45pm on Tuesdays.

In 2021 these will run from Tuesday 27 April to Tuesday 20 July. Wear comfy, warm sports kit, no equipment needed. Find out more.

What is on offer at the Common is softball training for junior group age 5-8 years old and 9-15. Those girls who have hardball experience will get slotted into the age groups of the boys training.

Girls teams

We will be running Under-11 and Under-13 girls teams in the South Norfolk Community League in 2021. Find out more.

Rosamond Thomas Trophy – Women’s Player of the Year

In the first ever award, Beth Harmer was named the Women’s Player of the Year at the club’s annual presentation dinner in February 2018. Beth received the Rosamond Thomas Trophy, kindly paid for by main club sponsors Leathes Prior, from our then club president Ros Thomas.

Beth also picked up the award in 2019 and 2020.
