The 3rd XI continued to set the pace in Division Two after a seven-wicket home win over Downham A.
Downham had batted first and posted 171-9, with Don Drepaulsingh taking 3 for 23 and David Horrex 3 for 31. In reply, Dave Micklethwaite (98) and Ben Hogg (47) combined to put on 149 for the 2nd wicket, and in doing so helped to secure a comfortable victory.
Swardeston-CEYMS secured a winning draw at Postwick, with Kevin Cooper hitting his second successive century.
