Swardeston’s fantastic season has been recognised by the judges in the 2008 Eastern Daily Press Active Norfolk Norfolk Sports Awards.
The club have made the final shortlist of three in the team of the year category.
The EDP said the standard of nominations was incredibly high and judges had to make some tough calls when it came to choosing the final three in each category.
Team of the Year:
King’s Lynn Football Club, Norfolk’s England Schools Athletics Team, Swardeston Cricket Club
Finalists for each category will be invited to a glittering ceremony and prize-giving evening at the Holiday Inn, Norwich North, on Friday, November 14.
