Former England spinner Shaun Udal will be the guest speaker at the 22nd annual Swardeston stag dinner.
The former Hampshire spinner is now turning out for Middlesex and also becoming a frequent contributor to Sky Sports’ coverage of cricket. Shaun played four Tests for England and 11 one-day internationals.
He has scored over 7,000 first class runs and taken more than 740 wickets.
He will be supported by comedian Nick Alexander, who comes highly-recommended by last year’s act Jed Stone.
The dinner, sponsored by Brewin Dolphin, will take place at the ground in Swardeston on Monday 29 September 2008, 7 for 7.45pm.
