Swardeston’s Under-11s followed in the footsteps of their senior counterparts as they won the Terry Moore final at Lowestoft this week, beating Fakenham by 16 runs.

Swardeston posted 293 in their 20 overs, with Matthew Taylor (27), Alex Levinson (26) and Lawrence Randell (17) the top scorers.

Freddie Ruffles (29) gave Fakenham a flying start to their reply, but all-rounder Taylor took six wickets for four runs from four overs to win the player-of-the-match award, adjudicated by Norfolk Alliance Press Officer Stuart Baker.
