This summer’s club barbecue has been fixed for Saturday 13 August.
The last two events proved to be highlights of the summer with the weather blessing a great turnout from club members and their families. More than 80 people enjoyed last summer’s cook-up.
This year’s barbecue will take place on the day that the East Anglian Premier League team are away at Bury St Edmunds, the 2nd XI are at home to Norwich and Coltishall Wanderers in the Howes Percival Norfolk Alliance premier division and the A XI are at home to Brooke in division two.
Once again all meat will be donated by chairman Mark Taylor’s Bure Valley Foods. Our thanks go to them.
Rob Ebbage will also once again provide live music and there will also be a disco and a raffle (prizes will be gratefully received by social secretary Rob Colman). The event gets underway at 8pm.
