This summer’s club barbeque has been fixed for Saturday 24 July.
Last year’s event proved to be one of the highlights of the summer with the weather blessing a great turnout from club members and their families.
Thanks to David and Tracey Horrex – and apologies to them for the delay – we can now publish pictures from last summer’s event, see attached.
This year’s event will take place on the day that the East Anglian Premier League team are away at Fakenham, the 1st XI are at home to Horsford in the Howes Percival Norfolk Alliance premier division and the A XI are at home to Mundford in division two.
Once again all meat will be donated by chairman Mark Taylor’s Bure Valley Foods. Our thanks go to them.
Rob Ebbage will also once again provide live music and there will also be a disco and a raffle (prizes will be gratefully received by social secretary Rob Colman). The event gets underway at 8pm.
Tickets, priced £7.50 for adults, £5 for children (under 16), £9 on the day, will be on sale from Saturday 10 July from Rob Colman, Mark Thomas and Tony Bailey.
