Sparkling Women’s Softball Festival 2018

Held on Swardeston Common from 11am-1pm on Sunday 8 July 2018 we had more than 30 women and girls take part.

With support from the Norfolk Cricket Board and against a backdrop of tunes provided by DJ Kevin Denmark we staged four games.

Main club sponsors Leathes Prior provided the prosecco to make the morning go with a swing and there were plenty of other soft drinks and strawberries and fresh melon for participants.

The club would like to thank Norwich City Hockey Club and Norfolk Gazelles for sending along teams and to all our coaches and volunteers who helped run the festival.
