We have taken the reluctant decision to not go ahead with our 2020 All Stars programme. Our All Stars coaching team have written to those who had signed up earlier in the year, see below.
Dear Swardeston CC All Star,
I trust you are well during this unprecedented period.
Unfortunately, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel our All Stars Cricket programme at Swardeston Common this summer. We have not taken this decision lightly but having canvassed the views of our All Stars Activators and we believe that due to Covid-19 requirements we will not be able to deliver the full All Stars Cricket experience. The same decision was made about our Dynamos Cricket programme for 8-11-year olds that was due to start this July.
Every All Star that has signed up for this summer will receive a full refund of £40 from the ECB and you will be able to keep the kit. We hope that you are able to use the kit at home this summer to get your cricket fix!
We will endeavour to be back bigger and better next summer when we will recommence All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket at Swardeston Common and we would love for you to be involved.
