Swardeston is delighted to announce that it will once again be taking part in the ECB’s new national cricket programme aimed at five to eight year olds for the third year running.
Our 2019 All Stars programme will begin on Sunday 19 May and last for eight weeks, ending on Sunday 7 July. The eight one-hour sessions will be from 9.30-10.30am.
All Stars Cricket was a brand new initiative from the ECB, launched in 2017, aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket. The programme was delivered across England and Wales and Swardeston is now one of over 2,000 fully accredited All Stars Cricket centres.
We had more than 60 children regularly attend our 2018 programme and we were thrilled to be named the NatWest Cricket OSCA Regional All Stars Cricket Centre of the Year for 2018.
The 2019 Swardeston programme will be lead by Level 3 coach Lewis Denmark and will be supported by Swardeston All Stars Activator Kevin Cooper and fellow club coaches.
