This years Swardeston CC Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 1st March 2013 at The Parson Woodforde.
The evening starts at 7.00pm for 7.30pm sit down.
The meal will be followed by a presentation for the player of the season awards following another very successful season in which the 1st XI were crowned EAPL champions.
The menu is as follows:
Starters
Roast squash, carrot & coriander soup, croutons & herb oil
Pressed smoked mackerel terrine, pickles & charred bread
Crispy duck Rillette, pear puree, poached raisins & pickled beetroot
Main Course
Herb & mustard crusted pork loin, sea salt crackling, fondant potato, red cabbage & celeriac, baby onions & roasting gravy
Grilled hake, crushed potatoes, wilted spinach, crispy leeks, confit tomatoes & saffron butter
Wild mushroom & blue cheese gratin, roquette, parmesan & balsamic reduction
Swannington Sausage & mash (childs option)
Desserts
Apple & cinnamon crumble with vanilla custard
Warm chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce & pistachio ice cream
Norfolk dapple, celery, biscuits & quince aioli
Selection of local Ice cream (childs option)
