2026 Adult Membership Forms were issued via Spond on 19 February and a couple of reminders have subsequently been sent.
Response so far has been slow, so could I ask club members to please complete the form as soon as possible.
Filling in the form, which only takes a minute or so to do, means that we will be operating best practice with regard to data protection. It will also ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date.
For 2026, we are also slightly changing the way we use Spond. All fixtures are now on Spond and, for any particular Saturday, players should also see an ‘Availability Request’. Please indicate your availability across the whole of the season so that captains can then select from the available pool of players.
We appreciate that plans can change, so please try and keep your availability updated to reflect any changes.
