We have a new food provider at The Common this Saturday for the Read Brothers East Anglian Premier League game v Cambridge.
Mr Ragu is a Cringleford-based business serving artisan Italian sandwiches filled with hearty meat or vegetarian ragu on homemade ciabatta with giardiniera, rocket and local cheese.
All locally sourced ingredients and served from a newly converted horse trailer.
Menu:
Ragu ciabatta – beef shin and pork shoulder ragu, pickle and salad £6
Veggie ciabatta – beetroot, ricotta and hazelnuts, pickle and salad £5
Add parmesan £0.50
Side – Courgette, tomato and potato salad £3
Mr Ragu will be serving from 5-9pm on The Common. Both card and cash accepted.
