Swardeston travelled away to Sudbury and came away with victory by 45 runs.
Asked to bat first, the visitors lost Mark Thomas (1) early before Ben France and Ben Chapman steadied the inning before France was caught for 26.
Captain Alfie Cooper looked in fine touch before being caught and bowled for 44. Peter Lambert played his usual attacking innings, smashing 41 off 25 balls before he was caught.
Chapman, meanwhile, had reached his half-century and continued to bat with great composure and deservedly brought up his maiden EAPL century in the 45th over.
When he fell for 105, Adam Todd (24) and the tail took the total to 293 all out off the last ball.

In their reply, Sudbury lost an early wicket with Lewis Reeder removing Ned Overbury. Tom Bailey then removed the other opener, Keelan Waldock, without scoring.
When Adam Todd bowled the dangerous Oliver Da Costa for 22, the home side were in trouble at 43 for 3. Sudbury then consolidated for a period, but the run rate was increasing all the time.
Todd then removed Ben Reece for 33 before tight spells from France (1 for 30) and Rajaguru (1 for 26) kept the home side in check.
Poulson (37) and Liyanapathiranage (72) provided some late hitting for the hosts, but it was too much of an ask, both removed by Bailey, who finished with excellent figures of 4 for 49.
Cooper picked up the last wicket as Swardeston wrapped up the victory.
