The menu for the Swardeston CC Annual Dinner on Friday 10th February 2011 at The Parson Woodforde is as follows:

Starters

Soup of the Day, crispy croutons & potato bread
(Tomato & roasted red pepper)

Chicken Liver & Port Pate, dressed roquette & red onion marmalade

Flaked Salmon fishcakes, red cabbage & sweet pepper slaw, watercress and a lime & chilli jam

Main Course

Slow Cooked Beef Brisket, horseradish mash, braised red cabbage & chasseur sauce

Fillet of Salmon, dill crushed potatoes, wilted spinach, saffron beurre blanc

Pea, Mint and Feta Risotto, roquette veloute, Parisienne goats cheese croquettes and pea shoots

Swannington Sausage and mash (under 12 option)

Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding & caramel sauce

Selection of Cheeses, brie, cheddar and stilton, served with savoury biscuits

Selection of local Ice cream (under 12 option)
